Pastor Robert Bogere Sisye born in 1978 lived a deserted helpless childhood, sleeping on the street of Kampala, starving, and wearing rags for clothes. He says, “The conditions were outrageous for any human being to be nurtured in.” At the age of 16 Robert felt the call of God on his life and he surrendered his life through the prayer of faith to accept Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. He has served as Youth Minister, School Fellowship Leader, and Evangelist, yet still feeling emptiness, he followed God’s leading to the village of Mpererwe, 5 miles from the City of Kamapala, and it was there in 2003 that he started a church called, Free Life Worship Centre. He has written a publication of his life called, “Why Me, 1, 2, 3” Available upon request free of charge.
Since 2003 Pastor Robert has opened an Orphanage, housing 25 children ranging in age from 3 ‐15. In 2009 Robert contacted Free Life Prison Ministries through this web‐site, and a ministerial relationship was formed, whereby we have been involved with Free Life‐ Uganda and their outreach programs.
He started the Free Life Community Learning Centre in 2010, where he has a staff of 8 teachers with 70 children in attendance. He has established the Elderly Outreach Program, is a speaker in various conferences, and most recently formed a new church in the village of Matugga.
Pastor Robert is a minister of the sound Gospel of Jesus Christ, he states, “I have a passion of drawing many to the Kingdom of God.”
In 2010 Robert was married, he and his wife Sylivia, have one son, Justus Mack.
